We will send you an e-mail back as a receipt and let you know how to pay.
You can pay with Paypal or we will accept cheque or postal order.

Plastic Frog Records Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
(1) These terms and conditions are part of all business relationships between Plastic Frog Records, resin Strasse 82, 46487 Wesel,
Germany, called hereafter referred to as Plastic Frog, and their customers.
(2) Our general terms and conditions apply exclusively. Opposing or deviating from our terms and conditions of the customer is not
recognized, unless Plastic Frog has agreed to this in individual cases in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The sale of goods takes place only in small amounts. The representation of the assortment of Plastic Frog is on the Internet

(2) When the customer sends his order to Plastic Frog, he makes an offer. The customer receives a confirmation of receipt of
the order by email.
For possible errors in the information on the range on the website Plastic Frog will alert the customer if separately and submit a counter offer.
(3) The contract with Plastic Frog comes when Plastic Frog accept this offer. Acceptance is subject to the availability of the goods

The store will not object within 14 days after delivery of the parent or guardian, we go out of tacit approval.
§ 3 Delivery
(1) Plastic Frog, the ordered goods to the customer in the order specified by the address to deliver immediately. Plastic Frog is entitled to partial deliveries.
(2) Delivery will be made in each individual case to the designated shipping costs.
All risks of transport are transferred to the customer as soon as the goods of Plastic Frog to the logistics contractor is passed.
(3) Information on the estimated delivery time is not binding, should the customer have Plastic Frog in a particular case in writing a commitment.
§ 4 Ownership
Until complete settlement of all claims against the customer supplied goods remain the property of Plastic Frog.
§ 5 Maturity and payment
(1) Plastic Frog only accept advance payment on the account given by Plastic Frog.
(2) The purchase price is due with contract.
(3) Used goods or merchandise that was damaged by the customer does not withdraw Plastic Frog.
The full purchase price plus all additional costs incurred as a re-send the goods by the customer complaint must be reimbursed by the customer.
§ 6 Revocation

(3) Disclosure of information: Plastic Frog will not disclose to third parties.
§ 8 Liability

§ 9 Jurisdiction, Miscellaneous

If the customer is a merchant, Wesel has exclusive jurisdiction for all claims in connection with the business relationship.
